With ACDP BMW CAS module 1, Yanhua Mini ACDP can support CAS3+/3++,CAS4/CAS+ key programming and mileage reset by ICP. Read and write data without lifting the pin, no need removing any components, detect intelligently! Here mainly share the guide to program key to BMW CAS3+.
Preparation:
ACDP host
OBP + ICP

Note: If you have a new Yanhua CAS module with QR, you can obtain the corresponding authorization on Mini ACDP APP by yourself, instead of offering the SN of your ACDP to distributor.
Procedure:
Connect ACDP, BDM adapter and BMW CAS3+ ECU
Open Mini ACDP APP
Select “BMW”-> “CAS3/CAS3+” -> “ICP MC9S12XDP512 (mask 0L15Y/0m23S)”

Step 1: Read the CAS data
A message will prompt to connect all the devices well
If connected, just click “OK” to next step
Detecting pin…
Detect IND, RES, DI0, 5V and GND connect well
Decoding the memory…
Reading memory…
Confirm vehicle info read out
Save the CAS data
Read CAS data is completed
Step 2: Generate dealer keys
Select “Add key (with work key)”
Follow the prompt to connect ACDP host and BAV adapter and insert a blank key
Reading key info…
Read out the key ID and confirm it’s a blank key
Select one original key data
Confirm the vehicle info incl. VIN, mechanical code, remote control frequency and CAS version type
Remove the blank key from the BAV adapter and plug the smart key
Read out the smart key ID
Put the blank key instead of the smart key into the BAV adapter
Select one key position unused from the key list
Confirm the key is remote or smart
Make sure the blank key has been put into the adapter
Generating dealer key…
Save the CAS data incl. the info of programmed key and new key
Mini ACDP add new key to CAS3+ successfully!
